Through a global community ambassador network, the Community Outreach program creates a culture of caring, increases opportunities for team building, and fosters communication among our workforce at the local level. In Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, Dematic provides employees with paid volunteer time off (VTO). A North America employee-driven giving fund supports and rewards active community engagement.
In 2024, 1,830 employees across the globe volunteered 3,575 hours to diverse causes with local nonprofits in our local communities. Collectively, their work benefited more than 100 unique nonprofit organizations and education programs.
